One {more} little Monkey swinging in a tree.

My cute little Nicholas has found his Monkey feet. I've been promising him for months that when we go to Nana's he could climb her tree. I should have know he would take me up on it. Just like his big brother he is now another little monkey, swinging in a tree.

 I've got some trouble in store for me.

Iceberg straight ahead.

There is absolutely no way I could visit my family here in Utah without stopping by Iceberg. The have the most delicious shakes EVER

{the boys and I shared one mini shake and still couldn't finish it all} And if that wasn't enough they are HUGE!  And if that still wasn't enough you can always grab and order of MASSIVE onion rings to go with it.

Iceberg is just plain Yummy Goodness

Brock's Birthday

Brock has been very excited about celebrating his birthday in Utah this year. He had three requests this morning when I asked him what he wanted for his birthday. They were: Cake, Balloons, and a cars shirt.
Easy enough right. The first thing we decided to do was go to the Disney Store to let Brock pick out his own "cars" shirt.
And while we were there I let the employees know we were there to celebrate his birthday. Brock then got a birthday badge and happy birthday crown.
They even helped him celebrate by having the whole store join in singing Zippity Do Da

{thanks Mom for letting me know about that, it made the day extra special!}
My niece Julia and I then took the boys  to play mini golf {their first time ever} and Brock got a "hole in one" twice!
 {we went to Trafalga in Orem, and since it was a little rainy we played inside on their indoor, glow in the dark course, Nicholas was ready for a nap after the 15th hole!}
We invited the cousins over for cake {costco cake= YUMMY goodness!} and opened presents!

 Happy birthday Brocky! You are such a great boy!
{And just so you know Brock got everything he asked for, and then some. Yep! I spoil him rotten! It's also pretty east to fulfill 3 small requests!}

Boys at play

I'm sure by now you've heard my mention how much my boys love to play. Their time in the womb was just a foreshadowing of just how active they would be. I've started taking them to the park almost daily. we've missed one day. They play longer than any other child, and Brock is really good about jumping in and playing with all the kids, even the ones who may not want him to.

Yesterday they were into swinging.  YEAH!

 I'm still trying to teach Brock the art of pumping,
for now he's happy kicking me in the face!

These boys sure are fun!

cousins

My sister also came to Utah for the wedding. The boys have been having fun playing with their cousins. {although Brock keeps calling them his Aunts}

 my niece Alia has such a tender heart she was Nicholas's protector whenever Brock would start fighting with Nicholas she would step in and say: "Brock you can't hit Nicholas he is your brother!"  Needless to say Nicholas loved her!
{love this pic}

Nana's Garden

Before we came to Nana's my mom let me know that she might need help getting her garden ready. I was all for it. Brock loves watching things grow and I told him that he would be able to help plant all of Nana's garden,  So after a few days of racking, mixing in compost and digging out a very stubborn tree we had the Garden ready for planting. Nana's Garden is little but bountiful.

 Last year we went out everyday to gather something from the garden, and are looking forward to the fun things that will be popping up and grow this year. Brock has been my little helper with making sure the plants get enough water everyday too!

 He also helps water the not so cute dry spots on Nana's lawn.
 Can't wait to watch my little guy take in the beauty of home grown veggies!

Yogurtland

 There's this yummy frozen yogurt place {Yogurt Land} near my Mom's and the boys have fallen in love with their toppings. Brock wants to go everyday!  "Mommy, let's go to  Gogurt land (this is how he says it) i wan to be cold."  The frozen yogurt always makes him cold. I only get them a little bit of it but it still makes them cold.  {this is Nicholas' cold baby face}

I have a feeling we will be visiting Yogurt Land a lot this summer!

A Blessed Day

Somehow my baby brother Mark was able to find someone to marry! Justkidding. Mark is a great guy, and Caitlyn is WONDERFUL. I think it is safe to say that we all LOVE her!

  Mark and Caitlyn were married and sealed together for time and all Eternity in the Manti, Utah LDS Temple.
